  Absolute con! Do not buy off of any sales person at this hotel. You are promised a luxury resort but in fact if you don't buy the life-time member package when you return for your first week then they put you in a damp basement apartment for your next visit and totally ignore you. Phil Bird is an absolute crook and so are his sales team. We have come away for our 3rd week and have been given a substandard room, views of a car park and fire hose once again Totally heartbroken to have been cheated. Please do not make the same mistake we did and buy off of these crooks. All you will get is disappointment and heartache when you are suppose to be enjoying your family holiday. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM PHIL BIRD OR ANY OF HIS SALES TEAM AT THE FLAMINGO CLUB PORTA COLON !!! It is a true con!

  Our apartment very spacious but no cooking facility as expected! Very quiet at moment, but staff and service very good, would come back here

  Dragged off the street having won the top prize. Only twelve on all the islands and we won twice. Its a speil to get you interested in their holiday scheme. Dale had us the for 3 hours. We were fine the terrace was nice and we enjoyed the tour. Didn't like Dale's snobbery or his open hatred for Liverpudlians. Said he wouldn't entertain them. The whole thing was a big build to the sell. The holiday was another chance to to it all again on another holiday see if you've got your £1000 on you this time. Really liked the place just not the company. The complete change of attitude as we left made us feel like we were doing a walk of shame
