  Fantastic family hotel with superb food and å very nice pool area. The service is fantastic and the people who works there are nice and helpful. The pool area are nice and the water is warmed up. There is a good and well equipped traning/gym with weights, treadmill etc. The hotel have a lot of program for everybody. Children, youth and grown up. Good and professional entertainment nearly every night.

  Second time we are here. We are happy as always! Service is perfect from the reception and everything about the room is also perfect. But a lot of misunderstanding when we ordered from the restaurant, but they were very service minded. I love the hotel and the surroundings. Close to the beach, supermarkets, the mountains, waterland, all kinds of restaurants, good shopping etc. We will come back to this nice hotel. We have a lot more to explore here on Teneriffa.

  A nice hotel to bring your family. Rooms keep a good standard, the food court have a decent variety of foods to offer and the staff keep the place clean and tidy. Some rooms are unfortunately placed such as you don't get any sun during winter season, so you'll have to either go to the sun roof or the nearby beach if you want to work on that tan. The pool area was good, clean and the kids loved it!
